Be so good they would miss you if you were gone.

Presumably, you deliver value to your clients. Whether in the form of a product, service, inspiration, or partnership – you represent a meaningful piece of their world.

Would they miss you if you were gone?

If not, what would that look like?

What would it look like if they had to seek out what you offer now? Are you replaceable? Can your product or service be found elsewhere? What is the alternative?

You are uniquely you, your perspective and empathy cannot be replicated. Does it make sense for that perspective to also flavor the value you deliver?

Be so good they would miss you if you were gone.

All the best,

-Shaun
