The topic of core values, mission statements, purpose statements, etc has been beaten to death; and I am sure your organization has some semblance of these tucked away somewhere.
More important to the actual values, however, is the alignment to those statements.
Without a unified vision, your organization will fall into the trap of trying to hit multiple targets with one arrow.
