As a brand, you must continually find better ways of connecting with customers:
- Tell stories and make it personal
- Defy conventional and create an exceptional experience
- Show up when things are good
- The “customer service” department should be called “Customer Experience” and be obsessed with it
- Focus on simplicity
At the end of the day, the customer does not care about you. They care about them. The sooner you accept this, the happier you will be and the more money you will make.
