A GPS system needs two pieces of information to work: your destination and your current location. Many brands can’t define where they are now.

Many of my clients initially came to me saying, “we feel like we need to be doing more online … but we have no idea what to do or even where to start.” This is a frustrating position! Feeling lost and not knowing what move to make can lead to poor decisions, moving in the wrong direction, or even inaction.

I’ve designed this assessment service to take an in-depth look at your brand’s online presence, marketing approach, and what you’re doing to clearly define where you are.

What’s included

The assessment is made up of four elements:

Strategic Audit

  • An in-depth examination of your current online presence (website, social media, content marketing, user reviews, etc)
  • Review of your on-site search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Test of technical and accessibility factors (speed testing, compatibility, mobile responsiveness, etc)
  • Usability and effectiveness from a customer/sales perspective

Self-Assessment

You will complete a self assessment to measure your digital sales and marketing efforts:

  • Evaluation of your existing sales process
  • Measures your understanding and process of content creation, social media, website responsibilities
  • Customer value (Lifetime value, average sales, current sales volume, etc)

Personal Service

  • Before the assessment begins, we’ll have a discovery call to better understand your objectives and goals
  • Similarly, after the assessment is complete, we’ll have another call to discuss the findings of the report.

Recommendations

  • The assessment includes observations, insights, and recommendations based on best practices, experience, and proven tactics to attract, convert, and nurture new website visitors.
  • You’ll be provided a confidential, written report unique to your company
