In September, I wrote about taking time away to re-evaluate goals and priorities for my business in the coming year. Based on responses from my Reader Survey, personal and business goals, and key indicators from my consulting services, this will be the last newsletter for a while.

The focus for 2023 will be more 1:1 consulting with my clients and the launch of a leadership cohort.

I’ve published more than 100 newsletters covering leadership topics like communication, challenges, and care (for yourself and others). It has been a source of joy and pride, and the connection I’ve made with many of my readers has been inspiring. I’ve loved hearing the stories and successes you’ve each experienced over the last 2 years.
